In order to comply with the requirements of the European regulation 2016/679 GDPR, we declare to our clients that:

  • The personal data that we process on their behalf, we only process them on the basis on directives, guidelines and objectives that they have set.
  • We take all measures to guarantee and protect secrecy, confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.
  • We abide by the terms of confidentiality and secrecy, integrity and availability of data with which our employees who process personal data are also bound.
  • For the realization of our clients' translation data processing as well as translation data review are partly or totally assigned to third party (translation collaborator).
  • In the event of violation of the personal data which we perceive we inform we inform  our clients immediately and directly in detail as to the facts and how we deal with them.
  • We update any references to the existing Greek legislation on personal data, where applicable, with the General Regulation GDPR and/or potential new Laws that will replace the existing one.
  • We store the data for one year and after that are destroyed. The exceptions are the data that we need to maintain on the basis of other legal obligations (e.g. labor law, tax law, legislation to combat fraud etc.) where the data retention period is the one that is defined by each specific legislation.
